Whether you are a size 2 or size 12, Tamara focuses on what you put INSIDE your body. Unlike traditional programs that focus on weight loss, Tamara focuses on overall physiological health by teaching you about what foods and dietary practices will help you be healthy from the inside out.
Whether you are 9 or 90, it’s never too early or too late to start making decisions and choices to live longer, happier, and healthier! After working in the nursing field at a long-term facility care for the elderly, Tamara became inspired to help people be able to enjoy their twilight years by starting a healthy lifestyle sooner than later.

Tamara has overcome her own struggles with healthy living. Growing up in a busy home with 18 siblings meant that Tamara often was left to make food choices on her own. In high school, she developed a sugar addiction and unhealthy eating and body image issues. After passing out at track practices, her coach threatened to kick her off of the team. This threat served as a light bulb moment for Tamara to learn how to balance a healthy diet, maintain a healthy body weight, and incorporate regular exercise into her life.

Today, Tamara, a former fitness model, stays fit by eating well and exercising 5-6 days a week, including strength training and a variety of cardio activities. She enjoys yoga, running, and cross training, and she has competed in more than a few Spartan obstacle events. Mental fitness is important to Tamara as well. She prays and meditates daily, and incorporates the teachings of spiritual and motivational leaders into her daily living.

When Tamara isn’t working out or helping others live their best life, she loves spending time with her husband and their Cane Corso dog, Alba, binge watching crime drama series, and traveling, especially to Miami because of its beautiful beaches and warm ocean waters.

Clean Eating
Designed for Results

It starts by choosing minimally processed, real foods that provide maximal nutritional benefits. The idea is to consume foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. Additionally, eating foods that are grown more environmentally conscious is a part of the concept of clean eating. However, when making decisions about food, nutrition, and health, try focusing primarily on what’s practical and doable for you. Also, it may be easier to start by doing one small thing at a time, which can be less overwhelming.

Eat half as much and chew twice as long. Your stomach signals the brain when it is full. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes between the stomach getting full and the brain really registering that it is satisfied. When you slow down your eating it allows the brain to catch up with the stomach signaling you to stop eating when you are 80% full.
